Shipping policy

Shipping Within Australia
Magnolia Interiors is based in Albion, Brisbane, Australia and we happily deliver our items anywhere within Australia. If your item can be delivered by our standard shipping service, the final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the time of checkout. Heavy, bulky, and fragile items attract a high rate of shipping. We also offer free in-store pick-up. All freighted items will be carefully packed for shipping.

Antiques, Furniture & Fragile Item Shipping
Due to sizing and delivery locations, antiques, furniture and some fragile items do not have the option to calculate freight at checkout. Please include the delivery address in the message box at checkout and we will be in contact with you with a freighting price. Alternatively, we are very happy for you to arrange collection with your preferred freighting company. We do require 48 hrs notice re a collection time to ensure we have the item ready for collection. 

Gift Wrapping
Most of our items can be gift wrapped for a small additional charge of $4.95. Please select the gift-wrapping option and this additional charge will be added to your order total. Please note, if the gift-wrapping option is not selected items in your order will not be gift wrapped. They will be safely packaged for shipping. 

Standard Delivery
We dispatch most orders via courier and some orders by Australia Post. Delivery will be attended to during normal business hours. We are not able to deliver to Post Office boxes.
 
Express Delivery
If you are requiring an express order, please phone the showroom on (07) 3252 0805 for availability & pricing.

Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive tracking details for your parcel via email. 

Shipping Overseas
Please contact us via email to obtain a delivery quote for any items on our Instagram or website.

Free in-store pick-up
We offer free pick-up at our Magnolia Interiors Store between 9:30am and 5:00pm weekdays and 9.30am and 4pm Saturdays. Items will not be packed for shipping except by prior arrangement. Please ensure prior contact is made if you require items to be packed for transportation.
